Decide on your intention with food. Just an intention of how you will eat enough to not fight your survival instincts.

Decide if it's worth it for you to set aside dieting and the scale. For how long? Why would it be worth it?

Call out the diet / restriction / deprivation chatter.

Put good stuff in your brain (pick at least one to do consistently this week): Look at images of women with the same or bigger bodies than you. Listen to the support materials below. Follow more #bopo (body positive) people on Instagram etc.
